Canada

Canada, with is 9.976.140 km2 area, is the second more extended country of the world after Russia.
In Canada two official languages are recognized, English and French.We can say that 60% approximately of Canadians do speak English as main language, against about 24% of people using French as main language.
French is the main language in the province of Quebec and in part of New Brunswick and Ontario.
Some cities, in particular Ottawa, are officially spoking both languages.

About the 75% of Canadian people live less than 250 kilometers from the United States border, which is the longest of the world, running along for not less than 10.000 km !
As a matter of fact, and as we already said, Canada dimensions are generally huge: think, for example, that jet lag difference between eastern and western coast of Canada is of 4,5 hours.
