Newfoundland and Labrador (in French: Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador) is a province of Eastern Canada, on Atlantic Ocean.
This province is made by two regions: Newfoundland island and Labrador.
Province's capital is St. John's,on Newfoundland's island,first discovered by Giovanni Caboto.
Newfoundland and Labrador province has been the last one to join the Canadian Confederation, in 1949.
